21.11.203  - From 13-15 November 2023, our retreat for doctoral researchers and postdocs only took place.
Over three days, our early career researchers shared their expertise and presented their projects to each other. In small groups, 36 different research questions and the specific methods used were discussed. In addition, they worked in three groups in workshops on various aspects of career development, presentation techniques and science communication. The programme was created by the ECR representatives Madhumitha, Florestan and Rocco. Afterwards, not only the participants but also the workshop trainers were enthusiastic about the support for, but especially about the motivated researchers themselves.
